Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is approximately:

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, festivals, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp/email/SMS.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status being updated.

If the parcel arrives damaged, opened or tampered with, please:

  1. Take clear photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
  2. Record an unboxing video, preferably showing the package label and the entire opening process.
  3. Contact us at EMAIL/WHATSAPP within 24 hours.

This documentation helps us raise a claim with the courier and investigate the issue quickly.
